  10. this contract is still in force and effect;

  13. and, @003 is desirious of obtaining an assignment of the rights
  14. of @001,

  17. IT IS AGREED:

  20. That @001 herewith assigns its rights under the contract between
  21. it and @002 to @003.

  24. @001 agrees to executed any further instruments reasonably
  25. required by @003 to effect this assignment.
